They will quickly change their tune to “We just need to wait and see. You don’t know if Ensminger will be a failure. You are melting over nothing”
But deep deep down inside they know how bad this is
Whether Ensminger does well or fails is not the question. That can only be judged by hindsight. The only thing that matters is that this is another terrible hire that failed to produce a legitimate search and exposed multiple levels of ineptitude in the administration.
I don’t need to wait to see how Ensminger does to call this a bullshite decision.

Why are you melting? We fired a MNC winning coach who then got back to the MNC 5 years later because we didn't like his offense. We replaced him with a DL coach with a great binder. He then fired his OC and replaced him with a TE coach.
