I have been going to LSU games since I was five years old. Went to numerous basketball and baseball camps. I made some memories that will last a lifetime. I was at the 2001 Auburn game when Saban clinched LSU's first SEC west division title back and brought some magic back. I was at 2003 Georgia, 2007 Florida, and many others.

If this administration hires Orgeron, I'll throw it in the trash and start making new memories with my grad school team. If Ed fricking Orgeron is third on their HC list, then it would signify that this administration has its head so far up its arse, that it is to a point of no return.

So you, who I'm assuming has no football coaching experience, no athletic department administrative experience, perhaps never hired anyone to perform any job, much less one which pays millions and is the spotlight, you're going to judge the LSU administration on who is hires, because you assume you know better than their collective knowledge and experience?

Cool. You sound like a big ole liberal snowflake who knows best for everyone and whines and cries when you don't get your way.

You and anyone that thinks this way isn't a true fan and wouldn't be missed AT ALL.

I say you hang it up no matter who the coach is.

Probably about 4-5 coaches I'd rather have that could be had, but I'd never stop supporting the team if it's O. As frustrated as I was with Miles, I still watched and supported the team/players and institution.

Those that say they would be done with LSU are the same ones that leave games early or the same type of character as the "Not my president" crowd. Go protest in the streets because you didn't get your way.

I'm still hoping it will be herman. I've warmed to him over Jimbo recently, but whoever's at the helm I'm still supporting the team every game.

I appreciate your dismay at the prospect of hiring O, which I share. However, I could never turn my back on LSU FB. It's in my blood. I'll just be sullen and drunk on every Saturday in the fall during the foreseeable future.

Agree 100%. Ed O should not even be a consideration. WTF have they been doing since the end of last season if ALL they can do is come up with Ed O. Gee Whiz.

You are whats wrong with our nation let along the Tiger fan base. I have 5 kids all between the ages of 2 months to 12 years old and none of them cry or pout if they dont get their way.

If you didnt notice a change for the positive once O took over then you are both blind and stupid.

You feel a real passion for LSU football or you would not have posted. You don't mean this.

I didn't read this entire rant but I did see it had 2-1 upvotes. Real fans are by definition "on the bandwagon". They might not be always happy about where the wagon is going, but they aren't jumping off.
