Just FYI, if we hire Joe Barry, we'll have a new head coach in 2022.
Maybe even the end of 2021.

Handling the search does not mean choosing the actual candidates. It means dealing with agents and negotiating. I'm not make a positive or negative judgement here, just clarifying terminology.
