Which is what Blake Baker is in charge of.

Since the rules changed, he can be the LB coach as an “analyst,” and still be paid like a coach. If he doesn’t need to travel for recruiting, then there’s no issue with doing this now.

Been trying to tell people this and no one wants to believe. Somewhere along the line somebody tried to spin the narrative that O and Kiffin were no longer close friends. All I can say to anyone that said I didnt know WTH I was talking about

He can only do so much damage today as a DL Coach, but let’s no pretend he didn’t royally frick up the program over his last two seasons.

Or him laughing on his way out about his huge buyout.

When it's either laugh or cry try your best to laugh. We all wear it better.

So you don’t want one of the best D line coaches in the country and has been since the early 2000s coaching the Dline…… Got it lol

Does that mean we don’t have to keep paying him anymore of his buyout. JS!

He could have played the you fired one of us. He could have played politics. He could have bad mouth us.

I saw a clip and they said Coach it is not going well. He replied I know. We want to pay out your contract ....ok

I wouldnt mind him being on the staff. Orgeron's personality is always needed in the trenches.... shortly after that case ended with his ex wife getting that 7-8 million, reports started coming out about him wanting to coach again.

.i like his recruiting and and D line work.

I think he's an average DL coach, unpopular opinion. Not bad, but average. His value was that he wasn't a liability in that role, but was an elite recruiter.

And now recruiting has changed big time with NIL.

And Kyle Williams has been a good DL coach.

I'm not sure this is a good move.

He’d be making like $400k to coach d Line and recruit. There’s not much responsibility, that’s the whole point. The guy has proven twice (and realized it seems) that being the head coach and controlling the organization isn’t where he fits in. But he’s coached some fricking dogs on the defensive line everywhere he’s ever been and you can’t argue with his player acquisition.

He could have made his exit nasty as frick, instead he took his money and went away and never said a bad word about LSU or his time there. I really don’t know what you want from the guy

Lay it out for us. I guarantee you don’t know shite about how good or bad he can coach defensive line.
