Lane is not leaving LSU for another college job, especially seeing as he already coached at USC that would have been the one. I guess Saban almost left Bama for Texas so that could always be a possibility down the line i suppose.

Yeah people aren't factoring in that he's already burned bridges at a couple of the handful of jobs on par with LSU. USC is out, Bama brass probably out with how it ended there, Ohio St, Notre Dame, and Michigan would never. That leaves Texas.

That is two potential playoff teams that will experience complete upheaval. What a time to be a fan!!!! LSU and Penn State. They have to do what’s best for their program and they got to get their coaches on staff ASAP..

Me. I grew up in the epicenter of Penn State fans, do you have any idea how sanctimonious they are?
Even after Sandusky and Paterno, they have some strange moral superiority complex. They consider themselves the "good guys" of college football and are the only ones clean and doing it right.
