I imagine she's fine with members of foreign governments owning shares in US companies, however.. and then funneling some of those profits back into her campaign fund

Meh. They have to report all those transactions and they're transparent.
It is all the backroom deals, family members/supporters corruption that bother me more than Congressmen buying/selling stock transparently.

They have to file a report 45 days after the transaction, and the requirement as far as I am aware doesn't apply to transactions made by immediate family members. Also, studies have shown that compliance with the requirement is pretty bad, and there isn't really any teeth to enforcement.
What they're able to do is still pretty egregious.
