Many suggest this is Putin's current timeline. This is why so many in Europe have dropped hints at "Putin has plans well beyond Ukraine"

I mean, it's pretty clearly a post by Aleksandr Dugin. It's like you can find him on the google, man.

Of course, it's all propaganda. However, if Putin does, as some are suggesting, view this as the first step in a much larger struggle, well then, it's going to end poorly for a lot.

Numbers game. If it comes down to it, it looks like this:

Russia:

Population 144,000,000
GDP $1.7T USD

NATO (minus U.S.)

Population: 616,000,000
GDP $19T USD

If you throw the U.S. in, it's:

Population: 946,000,000
GDP $42T USD

Putin would have no choice but to go nuclear, which would elicit a U.S/U.K./French response.

Adding Ukraine to NATO is simply the push the Baltic states didn't provide like they hoped.

Adding those countries to a military alliance is a net negative if you look at what they add versus the fact NATO would have to come to their assistance in the smallest of battles.

The ONLY reason to add them is to push Russia.

Immaterial.

Compare military sizes.

This isn't like WWII where you can simply ramp up production of war materials to stupid levels.

It's not THAT much different than WWII. It's not like anyone would have to do R&D. Western equipment is already superior from an engineering standpoint. It would just be a matter of spooling up production. Also, Russia's army isn't all Spetznaz. Most are just poor conscripts that barely know how to do their jobs and have no stomach for a fight like they did when Germany invaded the Motherland. Russia couldn't overcome a 4:1 population advantage and 10:1 GDP advantage that NATO of continental Europe already has.

In #Russia, a prominent Kremlin-close political analyst suggested that the Russian military operation might finish “beyond Ukrainian borders”.

He said #Germany “will be never forgiven for allowing weapons to be sent to #Ukraine”.

@GermanyDiplo and @NATO, are you reading this?

Putin doesn't give a shite about any of that. Putin has a hundred oligarchs all around him who sail around the world in billion dollar yachts and have business interests in countless countries. To suggest that Putin is somehow anti-globalist and "fighting the good fight" for western civ is a fricking joke.

The problem is there is only propaganda. It's all propaganda. Here. There. Everywhere.

Putin is no better or no worse than the Ukraine, the US and NATO.

I think one has to ask themselves, when it comes to social issues….I think I have more in common with Putin/Russia than with the soyboys here in the States!

It's very different in that we do not have the ability to produce things like planes, armor and other equipment at a high rate. That is the point.

We make very good stuff. It just takes years to get any quantity. Finland ordered 65 F35's. They are not scheduled for delivery until 2027.
