Behold, a completely false story about "climate change" and the people that worship it

Of course they are putting this forward as fact. This is the definition of gaslighting:
As Climate Fears Mount, Some Are Relocating Within the US
As Climate Fears Mount, Some Are Relocating Within the US
quote:
A small but growing number of Americans are moving to New England or the Appalachian Mountains, which are seen as safe havens from climate change.
quote:
Like a growing number of Americans, the Brazil family realized they could no longer live in a place where they faced soaring temperatures and worsening wildfires driven by climate change, and so they decided it was time to move to a less vulnerable part of the country. They chose New England, where Mich, a psychologist, got a transfer from her employer, the US Veterans Administration, to its office in White River Junction, Vermont. After more than a year of living in a series of temporary accommodations near their former Oregon home, they moved last October to an apartment in Enfield, New Hampshire—close to the Vermont border—where they have begun to rebuild their lives.
“I can’t tell you how many times we looked at a map of the whole country and asked, ‘Where do we want to live?’” Forest said in the basement apartment where they now live with their children, ages 5, 3, and 1. “The West Coast was no longer an option. The Midwest didn’t appeal. And then looking out here, we don’t have to worry about drought and fires. We don’t have to worry about smoke and heat.”
After being forced out of their home, the Brazil family joined other Americans escaping the worsening impacts of climate change. These migrants include New Orleans residents who fled their city after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and Houstonians who were driven out by flooding from Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Other communities have begun to disappear entirely. Residents of the coastal Louisiana community of Isle de Jean Charles, which sits just a foot or two above sea level, are being pushed out by rising seas. Inhabitants of coastal Native Alaskan villages such as Shishmaref and Newtok—where more intense storm surges caused by declining sea ice are eroding coasts weakened by melting permafrost—are being relocated.

Are these 2 really that comparable? I don't remember hearing about that large of amount of people from Houston leaving and not returning.

It really is. I love it. Someone posted the picture of Gollum with Greta’s face awhile back. I made it the home screen for my phone. It’s just perfect… it’s this picture without the caption and watermark.
Whoever did that was brilliant.

Why do these climate change pushing politicians keep buying coastal houses if we are in such dire straits? Sounds like all they are doing is trying to get a bargain for their home.
Anyway, my left wing brother buys into this GW/climate change garbage...whatever the scare tactic is any given day, but his latest hot take is that the Florida Coast will be swamped within 10 years. My family and I went down to Pensacola last weekend and I told my daughter that in 10 years we would make a special trip back with the express intent of taking pictures in the exact same spot we did this trip to rub it in. The last time I was in Pensacola ironically was 10 years prior to this trip and shocker, everything was EXACTLY THE SAME in terms of where the coastline was as it was the last time I went, and the time before, and the time before, yada.
Ridiculous chicken little bullshite!

I've used that MANY times away from this place, and taken credit for it EVERY TIME.

Shocker, Vermont and NH, where the forests are actually maintained regularly, don’t have forest fire issues. I’m not that’s not the issue in Oregon and California - big oil is the cause there.

I wouldn't want to live north of the Mason Dixon line but that's just me.
