If a true story (which is doubtful), it is probably a campaign stunt of some sort and not represented to be real ballots. A bit stupid, in my view. I can see her voters thinking it IS a ballot, mailing it, and never completing a proper one.

Didn’t people get in legal trouble for sending out texts telling Democrats the wrong election dates? Those texts were stunts but they made national news and the FBI considers election misinformation, even stunts, to be voter suppression.

Cool, then the only people hurt will be the Hobbs voters that think it's real and mail it in and think they legitimately voted, but nothing gets counted. I can live with that.
