Anyone ever check out her YouTube videos? I fell down a rabbit hole a couple of days ago and I am still falling. She is to vocals what Rick Beato is to music and possibly even more enthusiastic and expressive.

Yes-Roundabout

Stevie Ray Vaughan-Texas Flood

Led Zeppelin-Whole Lotta Love

Meat Loaf-Bat Out of Hell

Mr. Blue Sky-ELO

Deep Purple-Smoke on the Water

I have been watching her for a while now. Check out her Dio reactions, especially the one with Julia Nilon. Her Nightwish/Floor Jansen videos are good too.

I watch her videos. Her interviews are pretty good, too.

I don't see how it's possible that she has not ever heard some of these songs

Yes, been watching her for quite a while though not regularly. I love her combination of expert vocal analysis and enthusiastic appreciation, and sometimes even unabashed fangirlish reactions. Really a joy to watch and I wish I had more time to watch her & Beato.

Yes! I haven't seen her vids in quite some time, but in the past I watched her do Iron Maiden, Alice in Chains and Tool. I am a sucker for these 'reaction" videos by trained musical experts. It's a great way to learn the true depths of the vocals or music that we listen to but don't fully understand.

It's also been very fun and cool over the past 2-3 years to see her go from a complete metal neophyte, to becoming a big fan of especially progressive metal and learning to appreciate some of the extreme vocals. Love the Spoiled By Metal tee she made.

Thanks for this. It was nice to see someone feel the way I do about that song.

I know this board doesn't like Great Van Fleet, but her vid on Heat Above is fun.

Such a great song, and the older I get, the more I appreciate it.

Thought I'd be the only one who watches her videos.

I love watching her videos though. She knows what she's talking about, gives good insight, and she seems chill as hell. She gives the funniest facial reactions too. She also has good interviews.

My favorite:

System of a Down- B.Y.O.B.

Ever watch Lost In Vegas? I found them about 5 years ago and really enjoyed watching them get into metal. Haven't watched much lately due to Beato & TCV taking more of that time for me. But I credit LIV for leading me to a couple of my now favorite metal bands including Ne Obliviscaris via their And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope reaction video. They're not trained musicians so less technical info, but they're frequently quite perceptive and just cool guys. And huge Rush fans too now, lol.
