If a trade was happening it would have been done by now.

Why would you trade Zion for Scoot? Zion is the better player by a mile. You take the risk with him because he’s the most dominant post player since Shaq.

doesn’t play, immature, lazy, takes longer to recover from injury because he takes longer to get back in shape.

Because at some point you have to accept that he’s injury prone and you’ll never maximize him or your roster when he’s such a drastic piece of it. How many more opportunities do you have to flip him for value? I have to imagine if he suffers another injury his value plummets, and you surely aren’t getting a potential cornerstone like Scoot back for him.

Added what you were missing from your post.

And that is the thing. You can be as dominant as anyone in the games, but if you fat, ain't healthy, have a bum knee/hamstring, or dont feel like playing bc you dont feel like yourself

Then you get traded

And a simple step of preperation commitment away from changing that at the young age of 22.

And that’s a very valid argument but why trade him while he’s at his lowest value? You have to keep him and hope he plays well this year then if you want to move him ok because he will have more value.

I KNOW it's hard for people to believe Griff, but he truly wants to build the team around those 2 guys.

Ingram can be a Pel for life if he wants to. Zion's future is more predicated on him turning things around.
