Jump and then Holman. Do that and I think they’ll piece together another win. Loser bracket will be tall task especially if Little is out or limited. UNC and Wofford are both good offensively

Need lineup data for both UNC and Wofford before deciding who to throw game 1. It could very well be Luke instead of Gage

Do exactly what we just did in the SEC Tourney. That was good enough to win 3 games against combined tougher teams.

I like it. Wofford has a high batting average, but I have looked at their game by game stats. They have played an uber weak schedule. They have a pitcher Zac Cowan that is 9-2 with a 3.55 ERA, 118 strikeouts, 28 walks, but get this, he has pitched 104 innings. Only 50 in conference.
Given up 95 hits. Against really weak opponents. I’d say the book on him would be solid as a rock as far as tendencies.
They may try to save him or just have him pitch the whole tournament.
I like our chances against this guy, even with the Sunday staff.

Jay threw Skeenes vs 4 seed Tulane last year. No chance he starts anyone but Jump vs Wofford…. Holman is as good or better than UNC ace, who I believe is a freshman…

Correct have to start 2-0. If you dont theres no shot to win that regional just my opinion

Statistically, Holman looks like our ace. It really doesn't matter, unless you want to start a lefty against UNC. But again, Holman is usually a little bit better than Jump. Jump pitched a great game against Georgia, but Holman was just a hair better against KY.
