Didn't the FTC do some administrative action BS which required people to say when they were paid to pimp a product (PRIME, etc.) last year? If you're too stupid to figure out Livvy or CardiB is pitching something without being paid, I can't help you, but shouldn't the same rules apply?
I found the "are you located in the US" particularly funny as its a deliberate attempt to avoid spam/scam filters.

One of my Goddaughters does this for a living in NYC.
Buys influencers' endorsements for some big times companies. She's 30 years old and knocks down 7 figures with her marketing strategy and ability to connect with and steer influencers. Some product and company names everyone here would recognize. Products you no longer see advertised on TV ... because the return is far greater through influencers.
The libs are waaaaaay ahead of us on this. Especially when it comes to Tik Toc influencers which the CCP supports.
