Dropped from $4.5m to $1.1. Still cash only?

Still probably a little high, but it does have a lot of land.
I don’t know what Cypress Coast’s financial situation is, but this seems like something they should jump on and move operations over there (after a remodel of course).

whoever buys it is likely gonna tear it down and build something else in that spot

The Fleur de Lis name and pizza recipes are for sale for an additional amount
Recipe has to be worth soooo much, but blame patrons and employees for why the business failed.

the exterior walls are fine, if I was buying it I’d keep the front elevation facing govt st and replace the roof and do an addition at the rear that lot is huge. Plus all that parking
1.1MM for that is a decent investment as long as the corridor remains viable and BR doesn’t collapse into anarchy

Microbreweries are getting shut down left and right all over. I'd be shocked if Cypress Coast had the funds to buy that location. I wouldn't trust the guts of the building. It would be better off as a complete tear down.

Good. As much fun as I have pissing on their grave, I’d like to see something interesting replace them.
I still remember the posters arguing that FDL was so great, citing to the business being “worth” 4.5MM

$1.1M for the land, building, name, and recipe would pay off. They’re valuing the name and recipe way too high though

I want an updated recipe for that style of tavern pizza. Place needs at least $750k in remodeling, but you gotta keep the facade. It could be feasible.

Someone should buy it and open up a place called Lily Flower Pizza just to piss off the old owners.

How much for just the land? Everything else is overvalued. They can keep it.

Cash only? Jeez. Send the FBI over to see how much they owe in taxes for the last 60 something years.
frick these owners. The only way they're getting paid is if the place mysteriously catches fire.

It ain’t worth nothing but the dirt and whatever landfill material the building/shithole represents.

The fact that so many people from Baton Rouge fall all over themselves to claim it's the best pizza in town says all anyone needs to know about how truly lousy the taste of so many from here have. Place was a nasty dump 30 years ago. Only pizza place I've ever been where the pizza sauce was going rancid to the point you could taste it.

That's where the actual motel rooms were with the whores and illegal gambling back in the 40s and 50s.

They should all be banned from ever posting on the the F&D board.

I only went once and thought it was pretty terrible. They're delusional if they think the business is worth anything more than the lot it is on. Isn't it closed?
