big fan here
gnarly barley makes a seasonal called cerveza your facea which is great. Beeracuda by abita is another one we like a lot. Lately I got turned on to Victoria and I found some at total wine in BR, it may be my favorite so far.
anyone got some favorites that I’d be likely to find in stores?

Bohemia is good. Modelo Especial is my favorite yard beer in the summer. Yazoo Dos Perros is an incredible beer, but in my opinion, it's closer to a brown ale. Indio is my go to when in Mexico... never seen it in the states.

Victoria is possibly my favorite import with Tecate
Bohemia and Negra Modelo close behind.
As for domestic offerings, Arches Brewing in East Point puts out one of the best versions of this beer style.
It's pretty interesting how the beer was created if you're not familiar with the history of Mexican Vienna style lagers.

I’ve tried most of the mass produced ones I’m not a huge fan of most of them (modelo, Pacifico etc). I’ll give Bohemia a try
Glock is the one you mentioned available in cans?
I’m trying to remember the one we had at a festival in Ventura a few years ago it was great, came in white colored cans and I assume only locally distributed

If you try Modelo, go with bottles. It tastes a little metallic from cans.
Negra Modelo is dark, not as crisp as Modelo but still good.
Dos XX is kinda obvious.
Pacifico is good but a little sweet for me.

Word.
Hard to find but a very solid beer.
Are you guys able to get Sol where you are? It's like Corona and Modelo bought all of the shelf space and they got kicked to the curb.

I can down a lot of Pacifico on a boat.
Victoria on draft with chips and hot sauce is served in heaven.

The Mexicans make good beers. I like all of these:
Modelo Especial
Negro Modela
Dos Equis (light and dark)
Bohemia
Tecate

Can be a little tricky to find locally as of late but when I am in Mexico its the best! Much better than the modelo, pacifico and corona beers.

It isn't on the shelves here, but next time you are in Gulf Shores or anywhere in AL, try Good People's mexican lager called Muchacho. It is very good.

Dorado from Port Orleans is a great Mexican lager. Perfect summer boat beer.
