I'd like to see something like this actually have teeth and hold the democrats responsible. The entire world knows what they did in the middle of election night. The votes were padded and the election was not fair or legitimate.
Now, can we talk about folding up shop at the USPS, they are a tax payer money suck, billions per year.

Yes, USPS is part of that goliath of an administrative state for the feds. They are bribed with pensions, and cushy jobs they mostly cannot get fired from. And in return, when called upon, they run cover for their Marxist puppet masters. They are allowed to operate at a loss because its taxpayer money and not theirs. There is no incentive to get better.

Yeah but where is the evidence of fraud? Show me the evidence because I don't see it.

Absolutely no signs of election fraud, am I right?

We are only talking about a couple of mail trucks!

quote:Not that I disagree, but the history of corruption with the USPS (or version of national postal service) is very long and is quite an entertaining rabbit hole. Worth going down.

What we're talking about here is on a much higher level though.

Oh please.
If the judge rules they have to disclose it, that will be appealed and the dance will continue without the truth ever coming to light.

So how do they refute this? Do they simply say the driver is lying or mistaken? Maddening

I don’t think that it could be appealed unless they are asserting that the contracting firm’s identity would be a national security interest

frick that dude. Arrest him! He should have alerted authorities and refused to continue delivery.

Claiming that pretty much validates arguments that the election was stolen because they would be all but admitting a government agency was behind it.

I was wondering what defenses there could be to a FOIA suit...especially that's been pending since 2020.
Bigger question: is this litigation supported by Trump campaign? If not, why not? THIS seems like it could help prove fraud. At least it would make the truck driver's account more credible if his company had an account.

It's a travesty that the ballots get to travel through the hands of an organization that has a vested interest in the outcome of an election.

“There were potentially some sensitive documents also being transported that would compromise national security if revealed”
I expect some other legal maneuvers would happen prior to that option being used.

If tweet fails to load, click here.Wasn't Jesse Morgan the one that got a visit from the DC USPS IG? He was kindly told he didn't see what he think he saw. Who made him go away Jenna Ellis? Identifying that the GOP establishment secretly probably already have impeachment papers written up for Trump via Paul Ryan has to be part of scenario. Or it is insanity surrounded by all again.

Conviction of election fraud should result in the death penalty.

Pray tell sweet child, just "who" should he report it to?
He did and he got some nice visits from the Postmaster IG and the FBI, both of which were more concerned about throwing him in jail after accusing him of taking bribes from the Trump organization.....rather than the fraud itself.
