Looking at replacing a driveway in Shreveport. Approximately 900 sf. Anyone know what price to be expecting for demo of the existing driveway and pouring of a new one in this area?

it will greatly vary.
for example i wouldnt do it for less than $20/sf...others will be much less and possibly much more. you'd be better off asking for contractor rec's and getting quotes

That's the plan. I've know a couple GC's/homebuilders and am hoping for a few good sub recs. Was just wondering an approximate cost for that size. Hoping to find someone to do it for $10-12k

with a driveway nearing 20 years and wondering about how much life it has left, the cost to replace is scary.

if you keep the joints sealed, dont plant big trees next to it and dont drive gravel trucks on it it should last another 20

I had a parking pad repaired last month and I couldn’t believe how expensive the concrete alone runs.

i feel like the driveway has worn more than it should. not in horrible shape. still got lots of life left i suppose. Am having some culvert washout issues though with the driveway skirt area cracking a bit.

I have friends in the concrete business here in BTR. The best thing you can do, contact the concrete company, get three names. Get three bids. Show up at a job, watch the operation.

You're in the ball park. $7 a foot to pour, and I'm not sure what the demo and haul-off would cost. But I'd guess $5 a foot to cut out and haul off.
