Seem to do roughly the same things, except Creatine does much more.

Yeah I take Testosterone injections. Been on Boron too for a year or so. 12-15 mg a day. Tested twice, never seen an increase in levels or felt one.

How much did your Free T increase after starting Boron?

I wouldn’t say they do the same thing at all.
Boron has a ton of benefits from prostrate health to helping with other nutrients. I consider it essential. You could always go to a more normal dosage of 6-9mg.

ummm....yea they are nothing alike
and boron is to increase free testosterone levels as in percentage of testosterone that is not binded along with some prostate health things
creatine is for mental health and clarity, performance increases the production of ATP and decrease of refractory time of phosphocreatine to ADP to ATP along with driving water into the muscle bringing nutrients with it at the same time.
totally different avenues. If you are on Test and see no reason to stay on Boron, then get off. pretty simple

What boron supplier do you buy?

Did you try it? Boron absolutely wrecked my sleep.

I have to take boron first thing in the morning, otherwise I had the same issue.

Might be time for the little blue pill then
Boron gives me the morning wood like a 18 year boy.

Lol! Serious question though, anyone recommended a better or the preferred brand?
Maybe that's the issue I'm having.

IDK if it matters but I use Life Extension Boron:

Now if you are having issues with ED, which most men do after a certain age, the issue usually isn't low testosterone per say, its signals other health issues, mainly heart disease.
ED is usually a blood flow issue. If you are 20-30-40...lbs overweight, your body is using lots of energy and resources to 'feed' those extra pounds.
It could be pre-diabetes or full-blown diabetes. A crappy diet full of garbage, lack of exercise...
To get the blood flow back, yes you can take the blue pill, which as lots of bad side effects but is it really worth risking your health? Plus, it is expensive.
But a good hack is to get a good nitric oxide supplement, L-citrulline, is one of best ways to get nitric oxide into your blood stream.
Beets are a great source of nitric oxide, even though it tastes horrible. An alternative is actual pomegranate and/or juice. Stay away from the crap that is loaded down with sugar. Try to go as natural as possible.

Luckily my ability to, never stopped. My desire to did when my Doc though my testosterone was too high so he backed off my dosage. My libido went down some and I hit the Boron, but never noted an increase. I finally talked him into reupping my dosage and all back good now.
