Does a new RB coach, strength and conditioning, offensive philosophy, fresh culture, etc. do anything for the young man or is he done and portal bound?

He gone. The future is Harlem Berry and hopefully Lacy if he transfers here

Unfortunately I think Kaleb just never put it all together in college. He was a great HS Rb that just got passed up by more agile and instinctual guys younger than him. Seemed to lose a step after he got a little bigger in strength program at LSU and was just made as a 3rd down type back to get a tough yard or two but never excelled at that.

In hindsight I'm sure he could have had a better career at a more run oriented program that focus on power football instead what LSU tried to run.

He's portaling for sure. Before or after the bowl game? Who knows.

He plays like a robot, stiff, and awkward. Looks like he’s always about to fumble

It’s extremely hard for a power back to put anything together when the line creates zero holes.

Berry and Durham should both be named ALL SEC for gaining positive yards this season with that line.

Scheme is everything and Brad Davis should be embarrassed for what he turned our line into these past 4-5 years.

There’s a new Marshall in town. I suspect he’s a Jag.

Berry’s future is cloudy depending on how FW shakes out. We need minimum 2 portal RBs.

I bet he gets used the correct way and will be a change of pace bruising rb for us and be successful next year. Just my opinion

I think with a scheme more suited to downhill running attack and better blocking he can still be a good back. I’m not judging any offensive player off Joe Sloan’s scheme and playcalling.

This is his best hope at LSU. Since he has been here we have had a pitiful run game. We try to run power up the middle with no "power." Lane likes to spread the field and may run or pass from any formation. He will run the same play from multiple formations.

Who knows, He might be the next Judkins... and he might not

He reminds me a lot of Chris Curry. Certainly looks the part, but all he does is usually run directly into the first tackler he comes across.

Which is ridiculous. Why are you gonna just throw away an opportunity to excel like never before in an offense that is built for excellence under Kiffin all because someone you know may be leaving?

If he’d just give Kiffin and Weiss Jr a chance he could potentially become a heisman caliber RB. Don’t let whatever happens to Frank Wilson potentially ruin your college career man. Be smart about this.
