Multiple outlets are reporting the news. Word out of Stillwater is that Hawkins (RB) and one of the WRs are coming too.

Would be foolish to go anywhere else. He knows the system and will thrive there and I’m sure he still got paid

I think this will be an easy rebuild. Because they were so bad that means every position is wide open. Its easier to convince portals to come when you can tell every one of them they have a chance to start.
When you have established players you have to convince them they are one or two injuries away from starting. And pay them big.
OSU has a chance to tell players they can make a name and increase their future value. I think they will rebuild pretty fast. The challenge then is keeping it there, which will require bigger money.

The money will be there. Donors and Gundy just didn't mix.
Rebuilding now is much easier than it used to be. The flip side of that is that disaster now is easier than it used to be.

I don’t see him (Mestemaker) leaving unless it’s for the NFL.
I think Morris will be really good there.

The deal was reportedly for two years. He's probably thinking NFL after that.
I think Morris will do well, too.

I updated the thread title. Six starters from UNT’s offense are transferring to OKST including Mestemaker (QB), Hawkins (RB), Young (WR) and three OL.

I think the entire North Texas team is transferring to Stillwater. How many is it now?
Not sure what to think of it.

They are coming in droves as are others.
I saw one ranking that had OKST as the #2 transfer class, but that ranking was based in large part on total numbers.
