He has REALLY improved as a public speaker.

At times in the past, he has seemed VERY uncomfortable in public speaking, but he was VERY natural and comfortable with his comments. I was impressd.

You gotta think he's working on no sleep too. He's the one figure that's completely transformed in the last few years. He's incredibly competent and impressive.

It was always there. He needed the right mentor to guide him and trust him to get the job done.

During his POTUS run, he honestly sometimes looked and sounded like a kid in his dad's suit.

I am very impressed with the new Marco.

Candidly, he has been the best and most comfortable/confident speaker at this press conference.

He's always been good except for the opposition to the State of the Union where he and bottled water gave the speech.

Rubio has always been solid. Hardcore MAGA just hated him for a while bc he ran against Trump.

Rubio would probably be a good and pragmatic President.

Not to mention, he had an axe to grind with Maduro as NM took a bounty on then Senator Rubio so this ending is poetic justice for lil Marco

I've always thought he was a good speaker and seemed on top of all the data about the subject he speaks about.

Thinking our Secretary of State needs his own personal imprimatur.

He helped Obama keep Obamacare in action. The Gang of 8. I still don't trust him.
