My wife and I are celebrating our 10-year anniversary in February 2027 and planning a 7-10 day trip.
We’re thinking Villa Honegg (Lucerne) and ADLER Lodge (Dolomites) but open to other quiet, scenic luxury spots. Mountains/lakes, snow okay, mostly relaxing, one or two activities, spa day, and definitely some wine.
Budget around $10-15K.
Any hidden gems, hotel recs, or must-do experiences in these areas? Appreciate any tips!

Its going to be very cold and snowy you know right? The mountain lakes, snow okay, etc. makes me think you are underestimating this.
Its basically going to be a ski vacation without skiing. No issue with doing that, but as a 10 year anniversary trip I want that to be well understood ahead of time.
If you don't want that 100% I would strong consider doing that area during the summer

If you haven’t bought an anniversary present yet, buy a watch at the big Bucherer’s Jewelry Store by the Wooden Bridge in Lucerne.

Grindelwald Switzerland and Lake Maggiore in Italy.
In Lucerne, take a gondola to the top of Mount Pilatus, a cruise on the lake, and take the funicular to Hotel Château Gütsch for a drink.

A number of SLH properties in that area that are all supposed to be fantastic but pricey
If you have a stash of Hilton points, could be a good way to use them

Take the wife on the GoldenPass train from Lucerne one day. The ride is stunning and fairly cheap. Splurge on the 1st class it's not much more.

We are taking a trip to those very same countries in June, here is our itinerary. We are still in the process of booking hotels. I will post those once we have it nailed down.
5–6 days Switzerland
• Lucerne (2 days): lakes + Mount Pilatus or Rigi
• Interlaken / Lauterbrunnen (2 days): waterfalls, Jungfrau region
• Zurich or Zermatt (1–2 days): city vibe or Matterhorn views
4–5 days Italy
• Milan (1 day): easy entry from Switzerland
• Lake Como (2 days): romantic, relaxing
• Florence or Venice (1–2 days): art or canals
You get postcard scenery and unforgettable food/wine without long travel days.

Probably. I haven’t made it that far in my planning/booking. That will be the last thing I do
FYI I booked business class out of Houston to Milan (1 way) for 55k American Airlines points per seat.

Chamonix, FR
Doesn’t get any more unique than this place: The Refuge
My wife and I stayed there in February 2018 as part of a trip to Tuscany and Milan. It’s a hotel up the mountain only accessible by cog train. You are next to the Mer de Glacé (glacier). Really cool place for a couple nights.
