Yea that’s going to an unauthorized taking under the takings clause as long as someone’s name is attached to said account. How is this any different than a bank or investment account?

A few years ago I was training a salesman over in Alabama. Just out of college, very bright, very conservative. He told me a funny story.
Several years before a guy he knew in school who sold weed needed a place to park some money. Bitcoin was brand new. They were very cheap and he bought 200 bitcoin for about 10k.
Shortly after he got popped, convicted and served 2years. Six months later he remembered his bitcoin, as he had not thought of them again.
Don’t you know, they had appreciated so much he was a damn multimillion.
