American jobs for American citizens? Even if Americans are not willing to do certain jobs?
There are contractors out there who are forced to hiring people on temp visas because they can't find enough reliable workers. No one should be hiring undocumented workers, but obviously there is a demand for temp visa workers.

H1B's are everywhere, especially if you live in a state that has any kind of concentration of tech or healthcare groups.
