if my aunt had nuts she'd be my uncle

Not in 2026 she wouldn’t.

Probably not. Shepard was not a great passer unless wide receivers were wide open and could adjust to the ball easily, as in high school.

According to Elizabeth warren, she can and also can give birth

No but he definitely would have thrown a pass. At least one.

He would've started Jarrett Lee and we would've the natty in 2009 and 2011.

I met Russell Shepard at the bar I used to work at within the last year. Didn’t really recognize him but read his card and asked him “are you THE Russell Shepard?” He laughed and said “I don’t know about THE but yes.” Really humble and cool dude. Loved that guy when I was a youngin and only cared about LSU football.

He has a pretty successful port-o-potty and septic pumping business. Saw a youtube about it

You would’ve loved the plays Lane could have drawn up for Russel Shepard.

For the 50th time, Russel was not ever going to be a good QB.

Off-tangent but with how bad the portal has gone my thought was Lane should have kept JuJuan Johnson and let him play QB

Yeah, he said he was doing pretty well in the chemical engineering realm if I recall correctly. Had to bring my boss over, “this guy was a pro bowler in the NFL!” Lol

Russel Sheppard and Holiday in the wildcat would’ve been fun to watch

What would’ve happened in 2010?

Would Lane play a guy at QB who could not learn Les Miles' playbook?

Shep was a gadget play guy. We had better qbs, better receivers, and better rbs than him. He was a nice change of pace, and a question about him being a bust got us one of the best Les responses ever.

He was the #1 dual threat QB coming out of high school. Why not give it a shot?
