Step 1 - Loudmouthed Leftist attempts to harass law enforcement because they are trying to uphold the law
Step 2 - Wrapped in misplaced righteous indignation they dare law enforcement to do something about the harassment
Step 3 - Law enforcement does something about the harassment
Step 4 - Loudmouth Leftist is outraged and/or dumbfounded they got what they dared law enforcement to do
Bonus step - We all laugh at them.
