I was foolisly rooting for Indiana. Shame on me. Now the National pundits are bashing the 2019 championship team, saying Indiana would win by two touchdowns.
I don’t see any WR that they have to compare with ours. We had FIVE first round draft picks.
Secondly, the Big Ten chortling about how great they are with three straight natty’s by three different teams is enough.

There were actually a lot of Miami and Florida State fans in Baton Rouge growing up in the early 90’s. I saw plenty of both teams being represented everywhere I went.
Going to Cortana Mall on a Saturday and seeing a lot of Miami and FSU gear.

When I was a kid going to the Orange Bowl, it was a ton of fun. The move to the Dolphins stadium absolutely nuked the atmosphere and the fandom. It made it easier for me to like my moms team more (LSU).

They said that about Michigan 2 years ago.
They're gonna say it about another team next year or the year after.
As long as they're comparing another new team to 2019 LSU, you'll know that 2019 LSU is the benchmark.
