Looks like an anti-monarchist in the truck tried mow down some pro-monarchists protestors. Both oppose the mullahs. At least that's what I got out of it.

I think having signs for opposite side shows driver was not innocently driving thru and got blocked or swarmed by the protesters, but I still hope the anti-regime protesters had a permit or were legally allowed to be in the streets some other way.

I don’t support blocking traffic illegally.
