Mental illness is real folks.

This guy was pushing his buggy around Walmarks yesterday having conversation with his shoulder buddy. My wife said it's probably for emotional support. I kept my eye on him just in case he went crazy while we were in there. What in tarnation!

Inb4 taking pics of random ppl is weird. Oh you think that one guy walking around talking to his shoulder buddy represents all mentally ill?!?!?!

I try to get 2026 going on a healthier note and this is what I'm faced with on my first outing?

Maybe next year.

He looks kinda how I figured he would look.

This is also the type of guy who probably go to an ICE protest and who probably thinks that broad in Minnesota is a hero.

This is a conversation I want to hear, primarily for my own safety. I mean what if cute plush toy tells him to go on a killing rampage; because I want a heads up if I need to check out immediately.

Does OP always take creepy photos of people that he's attracted to, or is it just a Walmart thing?

Walmart? That's probably not even the weirdest thing she saw in the produce section that day, much less the rest of the store and parking lot.

ETA: Back in November I came out of the store, headed back to the car, and saw a guy sitting on the hood of an early 2000s Corolla that was parked cross ways, taking up three or four spots. He was in full wizard garb, like high quality Lord of the Rings wizard look, with a staff that had a crystal and everything. He was carrying on about something or the other. I didn't even check up.

This. Nothing in the world is creepier than some random human taking a picture of you and posting it online for conversation / ridicule. The lowest of low

How is this different than an imaginary friend? And that’s considered mental illness, isn’t it?
