Check your valuations, Redfin looks like it did cuts on their estimates across the board.

Hope this impacts property values and lower taxes

There are many "housing markets" in the U.S.

Which one are you referring to?

He lives in WA, among the most overvalued states in the country.

But to be fair, every state except Texas was expected to be either flat or slightly down this year

In this current economic environment and high interest rates? Not really.

My assessment and property taxes went down for this year, for the first time I can recall. Not moving anytime soon so I'll take it.

In Texas most of the issues are being attributed to immigration/deportations. If that’s the case I’m good with the temporary pain for the long term benefits

Austin metro area home prices have dropped more than 15% in some areas.

Yeah my house has def taken a hit in value but it's probably more of a correction. Developers built for a 'forever boom' that didn't happen. Combine that with the spike in interest rates and the slowdown in tech and migration and you get what we have

Do you make a living by making spectacularly wrong posts?

I read your "Great Recession" and "Too Early to..." posts.

You are becoming a legend on this board, and not in a good way...

Which county you think will rebound the fastest in home values, Travis, Williamson or Hays?
