If these people are truly good business people they would find a way to compensate the people that paid for this season games. Instead of offering the media and influencers secret parties, Why not offer some sort of incentives other than a cold green hot dog to ticket holders?

We only thought things were bad with Griff running the show. Dumars killed this franchise and I don't think it will ever recover, until it's sold. Gayle and Dumars as a combo is possibly the worst the league has seen.

I hope the new owner keeps it in New Orleans and can turn it around, but as of now, the fans are tired.

I hated the dumars hire but I’m willing to see what he can do. He was able to identify Queen and Fears, even if that trade was retarded.

We need to move the rest of the roster and continue to build around those guys and we need a coach that makes sense.

Dumars should be banned from entering any NBA office or arena. He is literally that bad at his job. You can't convince me he wasn't sent here by the NBA to completely tank whatever fan spirit was left in NOLA before they moved the team.

Queen and Fears

Fears has a lot of work to do to become a solid PG. He needs to develop his shot, play better D and put some size on him. Granted he’s 19, so it’s going to take time.

Queen’s offense is great but he’s a huge liability on defense and I’m not sure if that ever changes. I think you just need to pair him with a big that has some range. Unfortunately, that’s probably the most desirable position in the NBA and they aren’t growing on trees.

Bottom line is Fears and Queen timeline is 3-5 years and I’m not giving Dumars that much leash.

Agree. Both have a ton of work to do and may develop into decent players. Fears is much further away than I originally anticipated, but you are correct, he is still young. There is not much PG skills that he has developed yet. I fear that he wants to be more of a 2 guard rather than a true point. Queen has some skills but tends to get lazy and has some really bad habits. Regardless, it will be terribly difficult to ever justify the cost of acquiring him. Dumars was the worst thing that ever could have happened to this franchise and I am not sure it will ever recover.

Dumars was brought in and ordered to do whatever is necessary to sell the team and get them out of Nola

I will not be convinced otherwise

Worst record in the league half way through January without owning your 1st is next level incompetence.

SO much worse considering it did not result from trading far off picks for a star or to keep a star from leaving. Just pure frickery on the part of the POBO/GM. Dark days for basketball in New Orleans.

Pels: 9-33
Pacers: 9-31
Bucks: 17-23

If season ended today, the 2 picks traded to get DQ have a 31% chance of being #1.

Come on man. Anyone with a good basketball mind could see that we were one developmental power forward away from being competitive….

What a fricking arse clown Dumars is.

She literally has no reason to. Win or lose, she makes a profit along with every NBA owner.

Just make tickets $1.00 for anyone that shows up to the counter.

Who cares at this point.

Remind me of what we traded away. This sentence blows my mind.
