Massie on the Clinton Subpoena Issue

Is this not clear enough for some of y'all?
In less than 24 hours, Massie tweeted:
"The Clinton's (sic) think they're above the law but they are not. They must comply with congressional subpoenas and appear before the House of Representatives or face arrest, conviction, and incarceration. I suspect they've observed Bondi's lack of resolve and decided to test it."

So is he trying to expose the Epstein case, going after Bill and Hillary, or being pissy about Trump?

Hmm... paging the Sergeant-at-Arms...
quote:
In contempt of Congress cases, the charging party is Congress itself, typically a specific House or Senate committee, which votes to issue subpoenas and hold individuals in contempt; the arresting/prosecuting party then shifts, with the U.S. Attorney's Office (DOJ) handling criminal prosecution (though often declining), or the courts enforcing civil action, while the chamber's Sergeant-at-Arms can enforce "inherent contempt" through detention.

1. Massie was getting blasted on Twitter for being silent on the Clintons.
2. He still couldn't help taking a shot at the Trump DOJ.
fricking do nothing loser.

Longterm, it'll be a good thing for James Comer and House Republicans to establish the precedent that former presidents should be hauled before congressional committees to be questioned about Epstein, pardons, etc.

Couldn’t imagine defending a congressional clown from Kentucky with tds as the lord and savior. When is he going to release the names he said he would?

That this isn't some grudge by Massie just against Trump.

Massie clearly has a grudge against Trump you can see it clear as day on Massie’s twitter.

OMG .... nobody takes Congress serious .... they are toothless and rarely do they punish anyone for lying to congress (e.g. John Brennen) or failing to appear (e/g/ James Comey)

Massie is like Danchurian Crenshaw - Get's called out and comes back with a weak post about the Clintons followed by blasting Pam Bondi.
Odd no hash tagging Clintons but Bondi he hashtags. What a simp.
Thomas Massie
@RepThomasMassie
.
@AGPamBondi
should be called to testify in the House Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight Committee where she must answer for her failure to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
It’s unusual that she’s never appeared in front of the House Judiciary Committee.

Massie is such a dumbass he co drafted a bill that he can’t go after because he left it up to the AG.

And there it is... Now we know why he finally decided to say something about it 24 hours later. He was, rightfully, getting ratio'd on social media for being the TDS hypocrite he is.

That's a fair point. Massie isn't a dumbass though, so, I think it does bring his motives into question. Maybe he thought it was the only way he could get the bill passed.
