Do we know if he was OC or CC? Do we k ow if he was lisc. to CC? Was he even legal to OC? Felony record?

Here is the AI breakdown of the law.

quote:

Wisconsin allows open carry for adults 18+ without a permit but requires a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license for concealed carry, issued on a "shall-issue" basis for those 21+ meeting training/background requirements, with prohibited locations like police stations and posted buildings. The state also has specific rules for vehicles, allowing loaded handguns if not concealed, and does not have permitless carry (constitutional carry).
Open Carry
Permit: Not required.
Who: Any person 18+ not legally prohibited from possessing a firearm.
Conditions: Weapon must be openly visible.
Concealed Carry (CCW)
Permit: Required for concealed carry.
Who: Must be 21+, a US citizen/lawful permanent resident, and pass background/training requirements.
Training: Accepted forms include hunter safety, law enforcement courses, or military training.
Vehicle: A CCW license allows concealed carry in vehicles, but even without a license, a handgun can be in a vehicle (loaded, but not concealed).
Key Restrictions & Prohibitions
Prohibited Locations: Police stations, courthouses, federal buildings, and any place posted with "No Weapons" signs.
Armor-piercing bullets: Prohibited for use in a crime.
Brass knuckles: Illegal to own, sell, or carry.
Other Weapons
Stun guns/ Tasers: Need a CCW license for concealed carry, but can be carried openly or transported cased without a permit.
Pepper Spray/Bear Spray: Legal for self-defense.
Expandable batons: Can be carried openly or concealed without a permit.
State vs. Local Laws
Wisconsin law preempts stricter local firearm ordinances.

So informed. Even if you knew what state he was in it doesn’t matter. Bitting off a finger while resting is a justified use of deadly force. It’s not the first time someone has been killed by police for bitting off fingers. This dude just happened to have a gun.

It’s like going into Czechoslovakia – we zip in, we zip out.

And don’t forget, we have one heavily armed recreational vehicle.

This is what ICE need!!! The EM-50...

I care about what AI says on any particular topic about as much as I care what a Dim says.
