Stabilized zoomed in slow motion version of the shooting

The agent at 12 seconds puts his hand on his gun so he clearly saw the guy's gun
At 13 seconds, would be the other agent removing the gun if he did have it as people say, and a shot is heard milliseconds later
The agent starts shooting at 15 seconds
All so quick and it's obvious the agent who shot had no idea if the gun had been removed and only heard the shot so he probably assumed the guy was shooting

It’s not obvious at all.
Edit: I don’t think we need to assume anything at this point. The left and media are rushing to judgment as usual to cause riots.

What if the agent that removed the gun had his hand mistaken, for that of the perp, by the agent who shot? In that case he would have thought the guy was drawing his weapon.

This all occurred in a split second and could've been avoided if the dead guy hadn't resisted the ICE agents. Simply lay down, put his hands in the air, away from his body, and tell ICE he had a concealed firearm.
The dead guy chose the path that led to his death. This is nobody's fault except his.

I think we need to give the agents a chance to make a statement. If they have BWC with audio that would be very helpful. We have no clue what this communist was saying during the struggle. We know he was armed. I think that’s all relevant to why deadly force was used.

Possible. It was all so quick and trying to Monday morning quarteack a split second desicion that could have led to agents being shot is tough

Or not be there at all and intentionally interject yourself in these situations. These people are doing this very intentionally and pushing law enforcement to their boundaries.

F*CK that. I’m not wasting one millisecond micro-analyzing this situation.
The Antifa punk should not have been there interfering and tussling with the ICE agents. Walz, Frey, and Dems should not have been encouraging “resistance” and stripping ICE of police protection
What exactly is the point of dissecting these videos on whether or not the ICE agent made the right call in a split second. This is why you don’t fight LEOs. You are playing with fire, and you have no idea how one LEO will react in a moments notice versus someone else.

Here's the bottom line, if the ICE agents were out of line and fricked up when they shot this dude they'll have to answer for their actions. That's just the way it goes.
I will add this for consideration, in the present hyped up climate of anti ICE rhetoric, just imagine being an ICE agent in MInneSomalia knowing there are mobs of people who want you dead.....If I were an ICE agent I would be on edge.
