Well, everything they try has failed so now they are back on the "Trump is a Convicted Felon" buzzword

My question: What exactly are they talking about when they scream this all day?

Is it the Stormy Daniels fake hoax? Or the fake hoax where he beat the shite out of the limo driver? Or the fake hoax where he was caught pissing all over people in a fake hoax Russian orgy? Or Epstein? Or how about the fake hoax from the old fossil hag that accused him of raping her in a dressing room in a department store in the middle of the day 30 fricking years ago?

Which one of these are they talking about? I still can't figure out what these mental deranged lunatics mean by this when they scream it 24/7

I *think* it's the trumped up bookkeeping charges.

If any of y'all ever read that... it was a sight to behold. Iirc, it concerned I think 11 or 12 actual "deeds", but counted separate charges for each separate entry of the thing- something retarded like that anyway- adding up to what was it? 31 felonies or something?

And weren’t they bumped up from a misdemeanor to felon by Bragg?

I could be wrong, but I remember this never being charged like this before and just so happens to be against Trump…

Yes, I believe that's true- I might have some details wrong as it's been awhile, but I do recall being absolutely stunned their shenanigans worked. It was the most ridiculous thing ever and a total sham from the word go.

I found a snippet
quote:

The 34 counts related to invoices, checks, and ledger entries at the Trump Organization, which prosecutors argued were falsely documented as legal expenses to disguise reimbursements for a $130,000 payment made to Daniels by his former lawyer, Michael Cohen.

So, basically, each "action" counted as three separate felonies- for the singular "crime" of paying his attorney.

Again, the most retarded thing ever.

Technically you are a convicted felon when he is declared guilty by the judge and sentenced.

This hasn't happened so he is not a convicted felon.

I forgot about that!! Yes, the conviction is "real" upon sentencing and he's never been sentenced, just deferred.

My favorite is the trump organization crimes regarding loans, which were paid, with the owed interest, and not a single lender was mad, in fact, they wanted to make more loans.

An absolute bow to put on top of a victimless crime.

What's the latest on the appeal for these 34 convictions?

"Felonies"

Gassed up misdemeanors which were also counted as separate charges for appearances and shock value. None of which would have been elevated to a felony were it not Trump.

yeah - it is as idiotic as charging a robber separately for "stealing the $100s," and another for "stealing the $50s, and another for . . . . all the way down to "stealing the pennies." = 13 felonies!!!!

It was all contrived bull shite charges that did not make the federal level yet this pack of thieves forced it through the NYS courts.

He's been sentenced, FYI

But the case is on appeal and it's likely going to be reversed for some points an remanded for another trial
