Sad what happened to Shreveport. For a small span of time around 2007 the city had a lot of momentum to become an economic powerhouse not only in LA but the entire region. The Haynesville Shale project was booming around t that time but it looks like the city never capitalized on this opportunity.

I’ll bite. I lived in Shreveport for a while. It’s not an exciting place. But it gets some good concerts and has some good places to eat. I think the hate is a little overboard on here. I lived in at least one worse city.
