Why am I getting strong Beto vibes from James Talarico?

It's like the Dems took Beto and repackaged him with a slightly different flavor and are trying to astroturf him everywhere as the new great, white hope. It seems totally inorganic, but maybe it's just me?

Instead of saying he will take your guns, this new version is standing up for trans abortion rights and saying we need a “welcome mat” on our southern border. He’s a moderate Democrat because he’s a white guy or something.

Talarico is Beto with a fake bible. Get ready for an all out media assault to try to get him elected. He is a complete whack job. Rachet Jasmine Crockett would have been much easier to beat. This isn’t going to be fun.

He's a bigger threat than Beto. Ive met Beto several times. Completely unimpressive and unserious. Never met Talarico but my buddy who has run dozens of state campaigns says he's buttoned up and isnt likely to make many unforced errors. Talarico can absolutely win. Im not happy I really wanted Crockett to get the nomination.

It’s always been the Republicans seat to lose. Trump made a bunch of headway with Hispanic voters. Now Talarico has that base energized as well for his campaign.
They will now have to look at the matchup vs Talarico. When it came to Crockett it didn’t matter as much.
Trump has avoided making an endorsement to this point.

The handful of people I know that either know or have met Talarico multiple times say that he is a genuinely kind person.
Obviously his views are a little out there, but most people at least like him as a person which I do think makes him more dangerous than Beto.
