I think Jake is. Milam at SS. Maybe Omar for a true Fr - looked good of recent. Casan Thursday night. Bout it.

I guess that's why I remain hopeful. This team is capable of playing so much better.

I think Dardar, Pearson, and Simpson are. We just don't have anyone capable of playing 2B. Caraway reaching his potential would be huge for the infield. And obviously if Bide/Serna can get better behind the plate which I think they will. But I don't see a solution anywhere for 2B

It took about 10 or 11 basic plays, mental lapses and free passes to lose to a top 10 team 4-3.

Very frustrating.

Maybe this is their potential. We’ve been playing for 6 weekends now.

None. These liberal west coast kids have no chest.

Jake Brown
William Schmidt
Sheerin
Moore (for better or worse I dont think he’s far from his ceiling)

Lately:
Casan Evans
Zach Cowan
Omar Serna - freshman coming on very strong

Close to:
Milam - fielding is obviously elite but we know he has more in the tank offensively
Curiel- just because of how high his penitential is
Guidry - a bad 8th and a hung pitch in the 9th away from playing to his full potential
Pearson

Not Close:

Arrambide
Yorke - was a productive hitter earlier this year, was a smart hitter at GCU
Dardar - was a .320 13 HR hitter in the Big 12
Carraway - he’s all potential. he hit .300 as a freshmen and 12 HR and lit up a regional as a Sophmore.
Simpson

This is a pretty decent listing

So guess you missed all the plays Curiel been making in center?

Who is not. Real easy not one of those over paid portal players. The only time we should see any of them on the field or at that plate is mid week games, not one of them should start against SEC competition. This portal class is a bust. Play your freshman develop them. These players came to LSU, not for NIL but to play for the LSU program.

Not his fault!!!

Should have been pulled after the 7th. He was magnificent today through the 7th. It was obvious that he was gassed and at his limit after throwing 60 pitches. The fact that Jay trotted him back out there was a poor decision. After walking the first batter in 4 pitches and not being pulled was mind blowing on Jay’s part.

M. Rizy had me excited to see him pitch, expectations was to high, I thought he would be our next Chase Shores.
