Honestly with as much shite as Obama bombed, I’d have these people arrested for saying this shite if they couldn’t prove they also said it during Obama’s run.

Many experts agree that such attacks would be war crimes under international law.
To our military leaders, remember this: You are legally required to refuse orders to commit war crimes.
"Many experts agree"
Merk the derp needs to stfu.

How is this not sedition?
I understand he has a duty as a Senator to uphold the constitution, but there is a place for those discussions, such as a closed door session. To virtue signal on Social Media to encourage disobedience during an active military operation with the “catch 22” threat of legal action against a soldier who was beta orders is at the very least destabilizing, for the military and the country.

Merkely left out "objective" experts, though he names none of the many.

He should promptly be arrested to be tarred and feathered and let loose to run around on the White House lawn. Maybe throw out some corn for the chicken to eat.

For sure look how severely Putin has been punished. He actually did commit war crimes against innocent civilians in Ukraine. Factually speaking civilians are quite often the victims in war both intentionally and accidently. Why is there no out rage when political leaders in Iran murdered thousands of their own citizens to stay in power. If you want to find injustice in the world you can find it just about everywhere you look.

It’s only a war crime if you are on the losing side

Twitter opening up has exposed what a bunch of weasels we have in the Senate.
If Obama did this Merkley would have his balls in his mouth

Obama did worse and Merkley did have his balls in his mouth.

our military members don't swear to defend international law

The daily drama, hyperbole, and hand-wringing is ridiculous.

Oh no, war crimes.
Meanwhile Iran sends suicide bombers into malls.

I like how we’re talking war crimes in a war against a terrorist regime that’s responsible for mowing down 50,000 of their own citizens for protesting their enslavement. Where is the outrage with the IRGC? It’s not even mentioned. That’s because they actually don’t really care. They just hate Trump so much that it’s eating them alive.
And Immoral?
Democrats using words they have no form of reference to pull from.

I know most of you smirk and roll your eyes, but the Geneva Conventon and Hague agreements are real things that include America and to which America agreed. There was also international agreement following the Nuremburg Trials.
The macho, bullying posturing by Trump and keyboard warriors leads nowhere worthwhile. Quite the opposite…

So you agree Obama should be brought up on charges, right?

Yes. The Preemptive "Don't Give Up the Ship" crap is spent though. It is domestic political posturing and should stop.

Let's see how the next day or two play out. We may very well be pleasantly surprised.
