Anyone who has been to a Chick-fil-a and a Wendy's understands the difference.
My guess is this particular Chick-fil-a tried lowering it's hiring standards and the results were predicable..

I see this as a bigger deal for a company like Chic-fil-A. they keep an image so far away from that. Maybe a little harsh for McDonald's, but you have to know that wouldn't fly there.
