Yeah I'm pretty sure they're the second highest nation in total state sponsored capital punishment executions in 2025 with around 1,500. China was number one in total capital punishments in 2025, but their numbers are state secrets... brutal.
But hey, at least they don't behead folks like they do sometimes in Saudi which came in 3rd in 2025 with around 365...

The US has hit 17000+ targets there, down to the point of deciding which segment of a bridge we wanted to take out.
Muslim-led countries are weak and soft. They only lead through fear and intimidation of their populace.
With all of their economic and military losses, they are trying to maintain a semblance of control by hanging their own citizens.

You can stop the false outrage, virtue signalling.
The dude only gave the stats as a comparison in total capital punishments across selected nations. The fact that we only handed out 47 as compared to 1500 from Iran, actually proves the point you were making in the OP.
Point is, Iran will kill its citizens for just about any little thing. Protesting being one of them. We however, do not.
