Was he improperly utilized this past season in Philly or is he falling off?
I feel like he would be much of the same returning to Philly but would explode again if he linked up with Drake Maye.

Prob a little bit of both. He’s got a degenerative knee issue that I think has limited his athleticism in recent years but at the same time the eagles basically had him running curls on 90 percent of his routes the last couple seasons which is why he’s been frustrated despite the wins
Should get a heavy amount of redzone targets in NE, and more downfield crossers and deep in cut routes with the way Maye likes to throw deep.

Probably depends on if they draft someone this weekend but I don’t see why the pats would want to let Boutte go here, he’s a home grown guy whose gotten better every season and has a strong connection with Maye.
Also a guy who can play pretty much anywhere on the field
