Should a one loss Alabama team be ranked ahead of an undefeated LSU team?

I'm just curious to hear the opinions of the Rant.

Yes.

Now if we beat Auburn, especially if it can be done before the fricking 5 minute mark, then we can jump them.

I wouldn't have Alabama above LSU at this point. LSU has played a more difficult schedule and is undefeated.

Absolutely not...and it's pretty ridiculous to think otherwise.

Yes, if you're ranking on who's the better team thus far. No, if you're ranking on Ws and Ls

Doesn't really matter, IMO. If we beat Auburn in two weeks we'll jump them and if we don't we play them later in the season.

I would have to put them ahead of LSU if i had a vote...they have shown themselves to be a more complete team SO FAR.

With a win at the Plains vs Auburn, I have to think we will move ahead of them.

Let's see, LSU has played the tougher schedule and it still UNDEFEATED. Last year should have nothing to do with the rankings in 2010.

No

Regardless of how each team has looked in their wins, fact is alabama has a loss, LSU does not. LSU won on the road yesterday, Alabama lost on the road yesterday. Florida and Carolina are similar opponents also.

Not at all. We should be #7 in front of Auburn. Oh well...I'm pretty happy about the game last night. It was nice to see our offense move the ball down the field some what lol. Take away the 2 turnovers and this game is not even close.

meh. I think Bama has played the tougher schedule, but yeah we are undefeated. Bama would be favored at home, but that isn't what the rankings are about.

Florida vs. Florida
WVU vs. Arky
UNC vs. SC
MSU vs. PSU
Vandy vs. rent-a-win?

Bama lost by two touchdowns on the road to one of two teams favored to win the SEC East.

LSU beat the other one on the road.

No way should Bama be ranked above LSU...NO WAY!
