Russia has passed Portugal, but I do like Rubin Kazan. Also, Krasnodar shows all their full matches on YouTube which is nice. If I miss a match.
I follow Shakhtar primarily, Kairat, Kobenhavn, and Basel.
Inb4 you can only follow one club

Krasnodar got their shite pushed in by Celta de Vigo.

Real Oviedo, Sporting de Gijón (just to see what they´re doing and to frick with a friend who´s diehard), Real Madrid (they´ve only won 11 Champions´League, but they´re not in the vaunted EPL, and sadly must ply their wares in the world´s greatest professional football league).

Smolov was injured. Which makes a big difference. He's the best Russian player.

Also. Krasnodar started Sinitstyn over Kritsyuk. It's almost like the quit. Which of course is shameful. Kuban is the real team of that city anyway. Krasnodar is artificial.

Speaking of Basel. Doumbia has 12 goals in 14 matches.

I've tried to get into the English league. I just can't.

Comunicaciones from Guatemala. Went to the stadium last summer so I've kind of adopted them as my "lower league" team lol.
That's about it

The English league ten years ago was much better. This current iteration has been terrible for a while.

Wolverhampton and...just for the hell of it - Portsmouth.

You worded this like Rubin Kazan is Portuguese
As far as lower league teams I like, I'd have to go with Spartak. Quincy Promes is a beast

Not a top league, but better than what most proffer up here as the next level in European football.
I still don´t think Russian football is markedly superior, but I do agree it´s got much better.

I was just saying that to make the Russian guy feel bad.

he's not Russian, he just has some screws loose

Lyngby BK in the Danish Superliga
Currently sitting in third after being promoted just two years ago. Screw the big city fans of FC Kobenhavn
