I think this is THE New Orleans album. P slacked and sucked after this but damn this still resonates as for as a whole album. Cheers to enjoying fun NO music. I am drunk.

Southern classic. Was the highlight of the No Limit era.

Stop Hatin'
Burbouns and Lacs
Are two of my favorite off of that album. Stood in line the day it released at Blockbuster in Cortana Mall to get it autographed, but P never showed. I lost a little respect that day for him. I met most of the early No Limit guys and they were usually very nice and didn't mind talking or signing autographs. ( I worked in a shoe/apparel store back then)
Fiend was there for the Ghetto D release and he was actually buying albums in the store and giving them to some people. There were actors from I'm Bout it the movie, but nobody really knew who they were other than who they played in the movie.

Ghetto D was a solid album. Probably one of the best No Limit albums.

Mac was the most underrated and Mr. Serv on was a close second.
I liked Skullduggery too

Mac was good. Serv On's style was odd to say the least. I like some of his stuff.
Mr. Magic was another I liked and Soulja Slim grew on me.

Yeah, Prime Suspects were good too. Mo B. Dick was good as well.

I can still remember that bright orange plastic CD case. Wore this album out.
I think Burban's and Lac's is probably the highlight of the album.
I like that this album still had some beats / grooves reminiscent of G-funk era rap, which may be my all time favorite.

I wonder what would have happened with Soulja Slim's career if he wasn't killed.

Silkk the shocker was probably one of the worst.
C murder's bossaline album was alright, but he was better on ghetto d.

He was getting more recognition. He was releasing some good club type songs. He didn`t hesitate calling out Master P for owing him money on records.
Silkk was the only No Limit artist that I felt thought he was something great. He just acted like he was too cool. He was in the store just hanging around, so it wasn`t because he was in a hurry or anything special.
Snoop and everybody else I met were all down to earth.
They loved coming to Just For Feet.
