Rosey is saying two things:
1) He didn't read it.
2) He got briefed on what it contained, and the briefing he got does not match what was actually in the warrant.
Another possibility is he's lying and knew all along.

Not sure if it matters but you left out of the quote that RR is referring to what is "out in the public" regarding the FISA warrant. So what I took from that was that info about the FISA warrant that is in the public:
It means he is saying what is in the public about the FISA is wrong, as if it's more legit than what the republicans have led us all to believe. At least that's how I took it.

If it is so wrong, why can’t they release it?
Redact the parts due to actual intelligence from Five Eyes or some other non-dossier source and show what it is they claim was proved by the dossier.

This is about accountability. Whose accountable? He is. If he didn’t do his due diligence or his people misled him - either way it’s his fault. He has final approvals and thus is accountable.

Well, if they did and it shows what we all think it shows (that the dossier was the main evidence) then wouldn't they be forced to shutdown the SC? Apparently they do not want to do that for some reason.
