Creating A Power Conference With All Teams In "Mid Major" Conferences

The "Southern 12" thread made me think about this, but first.. Do you think a "power conference" could be put together with all teams in "mid major" conferences available? And if so, let's say the conference wants to add 14 teams, 2 7 team divisions.

I'd start with the following:
UCF
Memphis
Houston
Boisie St
App St
Troy

What other schools would you include?

What about La Tech & FAU?

I’d throw USF in as well. They definitely have their seasons when the personnel lines up. Cincinnati and BYU as well.

Only problem is that Gonzaga isn't a Mid Major program they are an Elite Level Basketball program. PAC-12 would be the appropriate place for them.
