Opinion by Breyer. 6-3, Roberts in the Majority.

ETA1: Skimming the OPINION. Abortion providers have standing to challenge ANY abortion law on behalf of their patients; Louisiana law serves no actual purpose to benefit women.

Across the board loss for Louisiana, and abortion may be firmly entrenched for quite a while.

ETA2: Roberts concurred in the majority opinion but states he still believes the Texas ruling is wrong but he is bound by it. What a sellout. He could have just overruled it.

When Trump is reelected we need to expand the court and appoint REAL constitutionalists to uphold the law, no more of this SJW from the bench shite. That or some kind of Pelican Brief thing were we just take the liberals out, lol!

WHAT THE F*CK IS THIS ABOUT?

As a Supreme Court Justice he's not bound by any wrongfully decided case.

Plessy v. Ferguson was decided over 100 years ago. Should the Supreme Court also be bound by it?

I'm sorry, but at this point you'd have to be one TRULY F*CKING IGNORANT MOTHER F*CKERS to not believe that the Dims have something on Roberts. He's an absolute f*cking DISGRACE.

I doubt they have anything on him (not saying it is impossible) I just think he is a Bush appointee and that is what we get out of the Bush family. I think the Bushes are a freaking disgrace and I pray that America never let's another one close to a seat of power.

Just remember, we only got Alito because the people openly revolted over the choice of Harriet Myers.

If you shoot a woman who's 8 months pregnant and her and the fetus die, guess how many counts of murder you'll be charged with?

Trump has the perfect foil in Roberts. Just needs to bash him continuously on Twitter and at Campaign Rally's. Roberts is Bush swamp and is actively trying to derail DJT from the Bench.

Some one should file a suit. The regulation of surgeons is an undue burden on sick
people. We could have millions of new “doctors” if we simply abolished qualifications to practice.

Let’s see if “my body, my choice” applies to general surgery too.

I was there, like in DC there. I remember I lost a lot of friends for a while. Friends who were late to leaving the Bush loyalist camp. Many have reached out and apologized for being blind. I really wish W was who he said he was politically, he has a lot of good things about him. He just can't see the deep state, family has been in it too long.

Dubya was a progressive when it comes down to it. He couldn't even live up to the foreign policy he ran on in 2000.
