I don’t think Richard Petty Motorsports cut ties with him. Reports in August were that RPM had made Wallace a very strong offer, which included an ownership stake in the team. Plus, Wallace had brought in new sponsors recently, which provided funding to RPM, and those sponsors will likely follow Wallace wherever he goes next. Having those sponsors is likely one reason RPM wanted to keep Wallace.

I think he quit because he's done with racing. He's going to go the Kaepernick route and be a professional victim or as the far left call it a "social activist". It doesn't require any actual talent and he will probably make more money.

Well, Richard Petty, are you glad you did all that grandstanding bullcrap now? This is what happens when you align with someone who does ridiculous things, and who starts to show questionable character. Petty saw an opportunity for sponsorship, and long term security through supporting Bubba. Now, Bubba has left Petty high and dry, and Petty is stained. Drivers move all the time, but Richard should have told Bubba to STFU or go drive somewhere else immediately after he started running his mouth.

its crazy to think the sjw is going to get a better ride when he has never won a race in the top two series or won a championship in anything. He has had great cars/trucks but nothing to show for it. If he was not part of the diversity program he would have never made it out of his local track.
