In 2000, Regina Marston was in the greater Orlando, Florida area as evidenced by her LinkedIn resume.
There is no record of an Orlando church running afoul of the IRS in 2000. (There’s only been one church have issues since 2006.)

Whether that story is true or not, her telling it as a point of pride says to me that she is woefully ignorant of Christian doctrine and practice.
